We’ve taken your favorite childhood beverage and elevated it with a special Tenzo twist. Ladies and gentlemen, Tenzos and newbies, girls and ghouls, *drumroll please* -- The Iced Matcha Chocolate Latte is finally here. It’s the bigger, better version of chocolate milk powered by the magic of matcha and adorned with an inviting chocolate swirl. And, it’s the perfect way to refresh your day. You can swap out the type of milk as you see fit but stick with this matcha and chocolate combo. It’s a delicate balance that this drink perfectly pulls off. Enjoy the richness of chocolate with the natural sweetness of matcha. It’s a matcha made in heaven if we do say so ourselves.
Iced Matcha Chocolate Latte
Ingredients:
Ice to fill cup
Chocolate drizzle (melt 1 tbsp chocolate chips together with 1 tsp coconut milk)
4 oz matcha shot (mix 4 oz water with ½ teaspoon matcha powder with electric whisk until combined)
Top off with oat milk or milk of choice
Instructions:
Fill a cup with ice cubes and pour chocolate drizzle around the edge of the glass and let it drip down. To make chocolate drizzle, just melt 1 tbsp chocolate chips together with 1 tsp coconut milk in the microwave or over the stove top until melted and well combined. Mix 4 oz water with ½ teaspoon matcha powder with electric whisk until combined and pour over ice. Top off with oat milk or milk of choice and serve.
