Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Mango Chunks:
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 6 oz Milk
- 1.5 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 2 oz Water
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the mango chunks and sugar, then blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if using frozen mango to help it blend.
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 2 oz of water until fully dissolved and frothy, using either a traditional bamboo whisk or a small handheld frother.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling, and use a frother to froth it as it heats for an extra creamy texture.
- In a glass, add a few spoonfuls of mango puree, pour the warm milk over it, gently stir, and then pour the matcha mixture on top, using a spoon or straw to mix if you prefer a blended flavor.
- Garnish with a few more mango chunks or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top, serve immediately, and enjoy the fusion of tropical and earthy flavors.
