If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content to Tenzo or through the Site (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You grant Tenzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content that you voluntarily submit to us in connection with operating, promoting, and improving our business, products, and Services, subject to applicable law.
We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringes another person's rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Tenzo does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, products, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TENZO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENZO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS.
Where applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Tenzo may offer recurring SMS and MMS mobile messaging programs (the “Program”). By affirmatively opting in to a Program, you agree to these mobile messaging terms, our Privacy Policy, and any disclosures presented to you when you enroll.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from or on behalf of Tenzo at the mobile telephone number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Tenzo.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Tenzo. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you may continue to receive communications that are permitted or required by law and are unrelated to the marketing Program.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.
If you change, transfer, or discontinue the mobile telephone number used to enroll in the Program, you should opt out of the Program before discontinuing use of that number. This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to a subsequent user of the number.
You must be legally permitted to participate in the Program and must be the account holder for, or otherwise authorized to use, the mobile telephone number provided to Tenzo.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these mobile messaging terms from time to time, subject to applicable law. Your continued participation in the Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
