Ingredients:
For the Matcha
- 1.5 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 2 oz hot water
- 6 oz milk
For the Strawberry Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
- In a bowl, sift matcha and add water
- Mix until there are no clumps. Set aside.
- Mix 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup strawberry puree, and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, then whip until fluffy for your strawberry whipped cream.
- In a glass. Fill a glass with ice, add 6 oz of milk, and stir in the matcha.
- Top with the strawberry whipped cream
- Serve and enjoy!
