Ingredients:
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 2 oz water
- 6 oz milk
Directions:
- Put 1.5 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl. Whisk with 2 oz of water until smooth and frothy.
- Place 10 mint leaves and 1 Tbsp of sugar in a shaker, then gently muddle to release mint oils and mix with the sugar.
- Pour the matcha into the shaker with mint and sugar, add ice, and shake vigorously for a few seconds..
- Fill a glass with ice, pour in the matcha-mint mixture, add 6 oz of milk, and stir gently.
- Top with mint leaves and a sprinkle of matcha powder, then sip and enjoy your refreshing Matcha Mint Mojito!
