Ingredients:
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 2 oz water
- Lavender Syrup
- Your Choice of Milk
- Lavender cold foam ( 2 oz milk, 2 oz heavy cream, lavender syrup)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add in all your lavender cold foam ingredients and use your Electric Matcha Mixer to mix until fluffy. Set aside.
- Prepare your matcha by adding matcha and water in a matcha bowl and whisking until frothy. Set aside.
- Prepare your drink by adding ice, lavender syrup, milk and matcha.
- Top with lavender cold foam!
