Lavender Matcha White Hot Chocolate

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon Tenzo Tea matcha powder

  • Loose leaf lavender tea and tea ball infuser, or lavender tea bags

  • 1 cup hot water

  1. Melt white chocolate together with ½ cup of almond milk in a small pot on medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add the remaining almond milk and bring to a low simmer. Set aside.

  2. Brew 1 cup of lavender tea using the tea ball infuser, loose leaf lavender tea, and 1 cup hot water.

  3. In a small bowl, combine 2 oz of the lavender tea water with 1 tsp matcha powder. Whisk until combined and frothy to form a matcha concentrate.

  4. Stir the matcha concentrate, as well as the rest of the lavender tea water into the almond milk/white chocolate mixture.

  5. Pour into two mugs and enjoy!

You don't deserve to be tired. Beat lunchtime fatigue with Tenzo Tea's organic matcha powder!
