Lavender Matcha White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients

¼ cup white chocolate chips

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon Tenzo Tea matcha powder

Loose leaf lavender tea and tea ball infuser, or lavender tea bags

1 cup hot water
Directions

Melt white chocolate together with ½ cup of almond milk in a small pot on medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add the remaining almond milk and bring to a low simmer. Set aside.

Brew 1 cup of lavender tea using the tea ball infuser, loose leaf lavender tea, and 1 cup hot water.

In a small bowl, combine 2 oz of the lavender tea water with 1 tsp matcha powder. Whisk until combined and frothy to form a matcha concentrate.

Stir the matcha concentrate, as well as the rest of the lavender tea water into the almond milk/white chocolate mixture.
