Iced Matcha Lemonade
No need to pay big bucks for Starbucks' matcha lemonade drinks, just make it at home with Tenzo. You’ll save money and control the type of sweetener and quantity. Drive-through drinks can be packed with 60+ grams of sugar! This recipe is super simple and so fast to make you’ll want it everyday. Satisfyingly sweet and sour plus power-packed with antioxidants. Iced Matcha Lemonade
Ingredients:
juice from 2-3 lemons
1 cup cold water
2 tsp Tenzo
1-2 tbsp honey to taste
2 oz hot water
extra water as needed
Instructions:
Combine Tenzo matcha powder with 2 oz hot water and blend with an electric whisk until fully combined. Add 1 cup cold water to the matcha and mix, then fill ice-cube molds with matcha mixture. Juice 2-3 lemons and combine with honey to sweeten and mix with cold water to top off your glass. Once matcha cubes are frozen, fill a glass with them and pour lemonade mixture into the glass. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
