Iced Matcha Latte Recipe
You simply must find your signature daily matcha drink. We all know how many people start their day with a coffee; they mistakenly think they need a jolt from caffeine to get things done. They then become dependent on that jolt, and when it wears off and they crash in the afternoon, they need another hit and become addicted to this cycle and often end up having sleepless nights because of the late caffeine kick. What an anxious jittery cycle to be caught up in. There’s a better way. Matcha.
This ancient drink is the caffeine of the future, for the conscious consumer. Switching to matcha as your daily drink makes so much more sense and allows you to have consistent energy throughout the day and fall asleep peacefully. The full benefits won’t be experienced by only drinking it on occasion and leaving it sitting in the cupboard. It’s meant to be used daily, with your refill arriving right on time so you don’t run out. Think of all you can accomplish with a clear head and calm focused energy. Think of the happiness it will bring into your life as you check off tasks on your to-do list with ease and have the mental clarity to move on to life goals and ambitions.
