With winter in full swing, we could all use a little extra green goodness in our lives to help boost our immune systems and brighten those gray days. This Extra Green Tropical Matcha Smoothie Bowl transports you to a day at the beach while fueling your immune system to fight off the winter chill. 

Its packed with nutritional powerhouses like kale, spinach, avocado, hydrating coconut water, and our favorite organic matcha powder. Blended together with banana and mango for a creamy, dreamy and super easy breakfast.  

You’ll get a full serving of your fruits in veggies in one go. They will taste delicious, AND look pretty. Win, win, win


  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water

  • 4 oz Frozen Mango

  • 1 Large Handful Kale

  • ½ - ¼ an Avocado

  • 1 Large Handful Fresh Spinach

  • ½ - tablespoon maple syrup,or agave

  • 1 teaspoon Tenzo Tea Organic Matcha Powder

Optional For Garnish

  • Bananas

  • Mango

  • Pistachios

  • Strawberry


  1. Break up the frozen banana into smaller pieces (about 4-5) and place in the blender first.

  2. Add the spinach, kale, avocado, mango, coconut water and matcha powder, and blend.

  3. Taste and adjust to your liking, adding more maple syrup for sweetness or more matcha for a rich earthy flavor. Add additional coconut water as necessary to help blend.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with mango and any additional garnishes you have on hand. We used mango, pistachios, strawberries, and half a banana.

  5. Get creative! Make your smoothie bowl just as wildly unique as you are and enjoy!
