Tenzo Chocolate Energy Shake with Matcha & Ashwagandha
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen banana pieces
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp ashwagandha powder
1 scoop collagen
2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 cup oat milk
Instructions:
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, then serve over ice or plain and top with cocoa nibs, if you like.
