Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 2 oz / 50 ml water
- Ice
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (dairy or non-dairy)
For the Matcha Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
(adjust to desired matcha flavor intensity)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, sift matcha and add water
- Mix until there are no clumps. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1-2 tsp matcha (to taste). Whip with a hand mixer or frother until thick. This is your matcha cold foam.
- Add ice to a glass and pour in 1/2 cup milk.
- Pour the matcha over the milk and ice. Stir gently if you like.
- Top with your matcha cold foam
- Serve and Enjoy!
