Black Chocolate Mint Matcha
Ingredients:
1 tbsp black cocoa powder
2 oz water
6 oz oat milk
1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
2 oz hot water
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
ice to fill a glass
1 small handful fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
In a small pitcher add 2oz hot water and black cocoa powder- whisk together with an electric whisk until smooth. Add oat milk and sweetener to the chocolate mixture and continue whisking until combined. In a separate small pitcher, add 2oz hot water and Tenzo matcha tea powder and whisk together with an electric whisk until smooth. Add mint leaves to a glass and mash with a muddler, then fill the glass with ice. Pour chocolate mixture over ice, then top with matcha tea mixture and serve with a straw.
