Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsor
   This giveaway is hosted by Tenzo Tea (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
   Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must sign up with a valid email address and SMS phone number through the Klaviyo signup form. Both email and SMS consent are required for a valid entry. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Giveaway Period
   The giveaway begins on November 22nd and ends on November 23rd at 11:59pm PST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

5. Prize
   The prize is a Tenzo Tea Essential Matcha Kit. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 2 days after the giveaway ends. The winner will be notified via email or SMS. If the winner does not respond within [48–72 hours], a new winner may be selected.

7. Rights Granted by Entrants
   By entering, participants agree that Tenzo Tea may contact them via email and SMS for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

8. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree that Tenzo Tea may use their first name and/or social media handle for announcing the winner unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Tenzo Tea is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liabilities or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

10. No Affiliation
    This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform used to promote it.

11. Privacy
    Information collected will be used in accordance with Tenzo Tea’s Privacy Policy

12. Void Where Prohibited
    Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
