Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup light canned coconut milk, frozen in an ice cube tray
- 1/2 cup light canned coconut milk, room temp or cold (or other milk of choice; add more as needed)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp agave (or vanilla syrup or sweetener of choice; add more if you like it sweeter)
- 1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder (add an extra 1/2 tsp if you like it stronger)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk into an ice cube tray and place in freezer for 2-3 hours or until frozen solid.
- When ready to make Frappuccino, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust agave and matcha powder as needed, and add a splash more of fresh coconut milk if needed, to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass or insulated cup and optionally top with dairy-free whipped cream.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
