Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oats (ground)

- 1-2 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp baking soda.

- Splash of almond extract
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs or egg whites
- Fresh figs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature will help create a crispy top and a perfectly baked texture.

- For the dry ingredients, mix 3/4 cup ground oats, 1-2 teaspoons matcha, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the blender, blend briefly, then add 2 eggs or egg whites, blend until smooth, and pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Top with figs and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve
