Blueberry Cobbler Syrup Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Blueberry Cobbler Matcha Ingredients:
- 1.5-2 tsp Tenzo ceremonial matcha powder
- 2 ounce water
- 1-2 tbsp blueberry cobbler syrup
- 6 ounces milk
- Ice
Instructions:
Syrup:
- In a saucepan, add your sugar, water, and blueberries. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Smash all the blueberries and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract. Stir.
- Strain the blueberries and use a rubber spatula to aid in separating the syrup and blueberries.
- Let chill and transfer into your bottle of choice.
Drink:
- In a small bowl, whisk your matcha with the water until there are no clumps.
- In a cup, add your ice, blueberry cobbler syrup, matcha, and milk.
- Stir and enjoy
