Grapefruit Lime Matcha

Here’s a simple elevation to your daily iced matcha drink, just add fresh grapefruit and lime juices. Voila, you’ve got yourself an awesome thirst-quenching drink. Add in your fave sweetener if you prefer; we like maple syrup. All these flavors pair together well, but the shining star is the grapefruit. Remember, there’s the taste of Tenzo in there as well, so you’ll be feeling vibrantly energized after drinking this iced wonder. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
- juice from 1 grapefruit
- juice from 2 limes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
- 2 oz water
- ice to fill a glass
Instructions:
Add water and matcha tea mixture to a small glass pitcher and whisk with an electric whisk until well combined. Fill a glass with ice, pour grapefruit and lime juice over it. Add maple syrup and matcha tea mixture, then serve with a straw.
