Gingerbread Matcha Latte

For the gingerbread spice:
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. all spice
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
For the latte:
1-cup milk of choice
½ tsp. Tenzo matcha powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. maple syrup **
** Can sub 3 drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice instead of maple syrup
Step 1:
Prepare the gingerbread spice by mixing together 2 tbsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. ground ginger, 1 tbsp. all spice, 1 tbsp. ground cloves and 1 tsp. nutmeg. Store in an airtight container as it will make plenty of extras for future lattes!
Step 2:
In a frother or blender, add in 1-cup nut milk of choice, ½ tsp. Tenzo matcha powder, ½ tsp. gingerbread spice, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 tsp. maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Step 3:
Blend/Froth
Step 4:
Top with whip cream and enjoy with some fresh gingerbread cookies!
