Matcha Eggnog

Make a Cup of Matcha Eggnog

For many of us, the holidays would be incomplete without eggnog. If you grew up in an eggnog family, December does not feel real until you've had a good cup the stuff. It has to be creamy and sweet, it has to be fresh, and it has to be in a big bowl to share.

There's something magical about the bowl of nog at your party. It encourages conversation and community from people of all backgrounds. They gather and enjoy the luxurious taste, the spirits gently warming them as they forget the cold and begin to get lost in the layers of cinnamon and nutmeg.

We hope to capture the beautiful feeling of connecting and indulging with loved ones in our recipe for Matcha Eggnog. In this recipe, vanilla and Tenzo Premium Matcha mingle with nutmeg and spice delighting the palette with festive flavor. Made from scratch with fresh ingredients, it will definitely stand out among your holiday refreshments. Who doesn't love creamy goodness mixed with 100% organic Tenzo Premium Matcha?

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 cups milk

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • 1 ½ cups dark rum or other spirits if desired

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Tenzo Premium Matcha powder

  4. Serve with freshly grated nutmeg, and top with a bit of Tenzo Matcha powder for garnish. Enjoy!
