Today I'm sharing my Matcha Blueberry Almond Bark. Now, I have to tell you, this is one of my favorite recipes because it is not only delicious, but it will help you reach your fitness goals.
How awesome is that?! I have packed it full of healthy goodness that will increase your energy levels, speed up your metabolism and boost your immunity. This recipe is simple and perfect for any occasion including those ready to go "treat yo'self" moments.
Let's Do This!
Step 1: Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler. Turn the heat to low and add the sweetener while continually stirring with a whisk.
Step 2: Turn off heat and add the matcha, coconut oil, vanilla and salt, whisk until smooth.
Step 3: Spread the mixture evenly over wax paper.
Step 4: Sprinkle in Almonds and Blueberries
Step 5: Chill until mixture has hardened. (Approx 45 mins)
Break into pieces and serve!
